Before work begins, the agreed scope, deliverables, timeline, price, and payment schedule should be confirmed in writing. Payments are due according to the agreed terms. Any additional features, significant changes, or work outside the agreed scope may require a revised price and timeline.

Revisions are handled according to the package or project agreement. New features and changes beyond the agreed scope may be charged separately. Maintenance, ongoing support, response times, and bug-fix coverage depend on the terms agreed for each engagement.

Ownership of custom work, including source code and project assets, is determined by the project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, transfer of ownership of paid custom deliverables takes place after full payment. Pre-existing tools, open-source software, third-party services, and their respective licenses remain subject to their own terms.

Agency collaborations, referrals, white-label delivery, commissions, and other partnerships may have separate written agreements. All parties are expected to respect agreed confidentiality and client information requirements. Any special terms in a signed agreement take precedence where applicable.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, necessary access, and materials they have permission to use. We aim to deliver work according to the agreed scope, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party platforms or specific business results. Our responsibilities remain subject to the applicable agreement and law.
